Yes. Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight. Freight is included in the listed price or clearly disclosed on the product page. We will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and provide tracking once your order ships.

All products sold by Oak Bay Outdoors are brand new from the manufacturer. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or used equipment.
Parcel shipments: take photos of the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@oakbayoutdoors.com. Freight (LTL) visible damage: note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery, and report it to us within 1 business day. Freight (LTL) concealed damage: contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us.
